Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. We want someone who can turn a failure into a positive action and great successes into examples for the future. This is a perfect role for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk-by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis, they will need to come to the Cellairis counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice, and drive them to our store.

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally and with high energy. Can recognize and capitalize on an extremely high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always has a positive and open attitude and it positively affects team members around them. Always open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears to be discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern about customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to guide customers to the Cellairis counter
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list
• Drive customers to the store by making them aware of special offers and participation terms

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Sampling selling experience is a plus
