About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to serve as Brand Advocates in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail environment. This role involves performing customer conversion sales at the store entry doors by enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store for potential purchases. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using free product offers to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to convert customer interest into store visits and potential sales.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers understand the terms to receive free goods or services from Cellairis.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment is a plus).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is beneficial.
