Brand Advocate Position in Des Peres, Missouri

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry. You will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to attract customer attention, interest, desire, and action.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter by promoting special offers and terms.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
