Brand Advocate Position in Columbia, Missouri

Columbia, Missouri - Brand Advocate role focused on driving customer traffic and sales at a Cellairis retail location.

About the Role

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. You will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to drive store traffic.
• Encourage customers to visit the Cellairis counter for free products or services by agreeing to participation terms.
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities, including repair quotes and mailing list sign-ups.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
