Brand Advocate Position in Clinton Township, Michigan

About the role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Your role is to entice walk-by customers with free products, encouraging them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter, persuade them to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.
