Brand Advocate Position in Boulder, Colorado

About the role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. The goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to entice them into the store.
• Offer free products to encourage customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into leads and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Use genuine customer service skills to develop relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
