Brand Advocate Position in Arlington, Virginia

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. What you'll do

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors
• Entice each walk by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase
• Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk by customer to the Cellairis counter
• Persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and or join our mailing list by offering free products
• Make customers aware of special offers, entice and drive them to our store
• In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis they will need to come to the Cellairs counter and agree to certain participation terms

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally and with high energy. Can recognize and capitalize on an extremely high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always has a positive and open attitude and it positively affects team members around them. Always open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears to be discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern about customers, and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation / Valid Driver's License
• Professional appearance
• Candidates are required to have their own (not public) means of transportation and must have a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine an acceptable and a non-acceptable commute distance.

Preferred experience

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Sampling selling experience is a plus
