Brand Advisor

About the role

As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity and sales. You’ll receive top-tier training and support from our robust education programs to ensure your success. This position covers the Honolulu, HI market and involves working at various beauty retailer locations within this area.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate retail staff on the brands you are supporting by sharing product knowledge and selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising and brand guidelines
• Host and participate in branded events, ensuring sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty retail events
• Strong communication skills
• Professional conduct in-store and demonstrated team player ability
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must have reliable transportation to service all locations in the market
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends
