Branch Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative oversight across all departments.
• Coordinate product distribution among departments.
• Monitor and encourage cross-selling and upselling activities.
• Monitor raw material inventory and place timely supply orders.
• Supervise opening and closing processes and ensure safety.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop employees effectively.
• Motivate team members and provide support in training and development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma as a minimum requirement.
• 5-7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Experience in customer interaction.
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in sales and team management.
