Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business field
- Experience in the Financial Industry
- Understanding of general accounting principles
- Knowledge of database, spreadsheet applications, and data modeling, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Office applications
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to exercise sound and decisive judgment consistently

Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve branch inquiries on Gain/Loss topics, including account maintenance and 1099-B reporting
- Provide educational and regulatory insight
- Reconcile discrepancies and address cost basis reporting questions
- Perform manual adjustments for resolution
