Responsibilities
- Resolve and respond to client service issues, complex complaints, and questions.
- Direct and manage employees, including scheduling, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain production and sales records for supervision and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal protocols, as well as bank policies and procedures.
- Approve teller transactions as needed and prepare the branch for audits.
- Provide sales leadership through personal production and oversight of sales and service tasks.
- Work with key partners to achieve sales, service, and operational objectives.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with policies and the company’s risk appetite.
- Implement management procedures and make decisions with significant financial impact.
- Plan short- and long-term operational, sales, and customer experience goals.
- Investigate operational issues, loss, fraud, and resolve complex matters on behalf of the company.
- Represent the branch in handling complaints, disputes, or grievances.
- Process cash transactions and perform customer service and sales duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in retail banking, sales, new accounts, customer service, loan processes, or related roles. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of banking industry processes, procedures, regulations, and products.
- Understanding of lending processes and procedures.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, sales, and management skills.
- Ability to handle client concerns and problems effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Ability to set and maintain high-quality work standards.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Pay
This position offers a base salary range of $64,500 - $71,800 annually, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
Schedule
This is an on-site role at the assigned branch or business center office.
