About the role
Responsible for managing a branch team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of branch associates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and market share.
- Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and compliance with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall branch performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail banking or financial services environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
