About the role

Responsible for managing a branch team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of branch associates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and market share.
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall branch performance and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail banking or financial services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

Pay

Schedule
