Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Oversee branch staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
