About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Branch Coordinator in College Station. We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Oversee branch staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
