BRANCH COORDINATOR

About the role

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 hourly. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns
• Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs
• Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines
• Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care
• Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
• Test equipment functionality as needed to ensure quality and readiness
• Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related work experience

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. This is a fully remote role; candidates must reside in Arizona (AZ).
