Branch Security Officer - LV Bellagio

About the Role

As a Tiffany Branch Security Officer, you will deliver the Tiffany Experience to each customer while ensuring security and operational excellence. This role supports both security controls and store operations, partnering with management to deter theft, respond to emergencies, and maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with the Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Program procedures.
• Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures by conducting daily inspections, equipment and alarm tests, key access management, and report submissions.
• Carry out operations tasks, including opening and closing procedures, assisting with facilities repairs, and communicating with the store team.
• Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Provide a positive Tiffany experience for each client, deepening relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to consistently achieve sales goals.
• Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion for the Tiffany brand during every customer interaction.
• Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences, and act on NPS scores and client feedback.

Requirements

• High School Graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail/security environment (desired).
• 1-year prior experience in a security-related position (desired).

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $21.25–$28.75 per hour, with the offered rate dependent upon experience and qualifications.
