Branch Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maximize Sales Potential
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new branch target accounts
• Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists
• Provide input to Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed
• Document customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and uphold strong CRM hygiene to ensure accurate, reliable data in Salesforce
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills
• Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning
• Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience preferred
• Driver’s License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License. Must have a clean driving record for at least the past 3 years
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Energetic and Motivated: Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Proactive and Resourceful: Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment
• Results-Oriented: Must be results, detail, and team-oriented
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills

Pay

$25-32/hr.
