Summary

The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative reports to the Branch Sales Manager and focuses on maximizing sales potential by developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, assisting Branch Sales Associates, leveraging promotions, participating in account reviews, providing input on product management, mentoring, and providing superior customer service. This role may require occasional travel for training sessions, professional development, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, energetic, motivated, proactive, resourceful, results-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maximize Sales Potential
• Create and Maintain Detailed Customer Profiles
• Identify Growth Opportunities for Assigned Accounts and New Accounts
• Assist Branch Sales Associates on Opportunities as Needed
• Leverage Monthly/Seasonal Promotions for Assigned Accounts to Maximize Customer Engagement
• Participate in Account Reviews for Assigned Customer Lists
• Provide Input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on Products to Be Stocked and Levels Needed
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on Sales Skills
• Provide Superior Customer Service to Both External and Internal Customers
• Utilize Internal Industry-Leading Technology Offerings
• Stay Current on Sales Training Courses and Continued Learning
• Perform Regular Recruiting Efforts to Grow the Account List

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Driver’s License Required (Must be Able to Obtain and Maintain)
