Branch Sales Manager

About the role

The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) at Crystal Clean is responsible for growing the company's business through sales strategies, particularly targeting manufacturing sector clients. This role involves selling parts washers and environmental services to small to medium-sized industrial and automotive repair businesses.

Responsibilities

• Engage in and promote safe work behaviors consistent with CC safety guidelines
• Provide customer service and new business development in a designated geographic area
• Pursue additional services with existing accounts
• Assess potential customer needs, present CC products and services, and develop new customers
• Perform managerial duties in lieu of Branch Manager as needed
• Conduct field tests and proper sampling of waste streams at customer sites
• Develop sales leads for data-marketing
• Aid CC field sales representatives in sales activities for new customer accounts
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
• Maintain compliance with DOT requirements
• Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
• Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including EHS, HR, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Sales experience required (preferably with CC)
• Industrial sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Pay

Compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary, plus bonuses and commission. Average Annual Earnings: $80,000.00 - $115k a year and includes benefits such as those listed above.
