Branch Sales Manager (100002)

Performance-based leadership role driving branch growth through sales, marketing, training, and operational excellence. Measured by branch results and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the Company’s vision and strategies to all team members.
• Establish and communicate division goals and objectives; manage financial goals.
• Use analytics to assess and improve financial position and profit margin.
• Provide training and guidance in operations, sales leadership, banking, collections, audits, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; collaborate with Operational Quality Specialists to mitigate compliance risks.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
• Maintain branch appearance standards and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and develop strategies to increase market share and active customer accounts.
• Work with Division Director, Field Marketing Manager, and Corporate Marketing to maintain ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Recognize, train, and develop skills and abilities of branch team members to achieve objectives.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, evaluating, and overall development of branch team.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers in person, in the market, and over the phone.
• Monitor and measure customer satisfaction; lead case management for delinquent accounts.
• Provide hands-on training in operations, marketing, and customer experience.
• Teach and validate understanding of Customer Choice—One Company/One Customer and the Omni-channel experience.
• Instruct the branch on company procedures, policies, practices, and computer systems.
• Assist Division Director with implementation of new or changed procedures, policies, products, or programs.
• Lead by example in a hands-on and approachable manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Two years of prior management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of P&L, sales, collections, and cost-controlling measures.
• Management experience with exemplary results solving customer and operational issues, and successful P&L management.
• Two years of leadership experience, including sales leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within division for marketing, collections, staffing, special events, and banking responsibilities.
• Must be 18 (19 in AL), eligible to work in the USA, and able to pass criminal background check, MVR, credit check (if required by state law), and reference check.
• Regular and punctual attendance; schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs; overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements

• Standing/sitting for long periods of time; walking, including extended distances.
• Bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, twisting.
• Frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
• Driving and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
• Exposure to outdoor elements and cleaning chemicals (housekeeping duties include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, bathrooms, etc.).
• Typing and ability to travel to be physically present at and complete job requirements.
