Branch Safety Inspector

Job Summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in commercial and industrial roofing, is seeking a Branch Safety Inspector in Knoxville, TN. The position involves overnight travel, safety inspections, and training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Safety Department Responsibilities
• Aid in setting up fall protection, pre-job inspections, and job planning meetings
• Conduct daily safety inspections on all crews (including Service) to ensure compliance
• Complete daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Pre Task Huddles
• Inspect all equipment and machinery on assigned new construction sites
• Review inspections with crews and deliver safety awareness messages
• Report inspection results weekly to the Operations Manager
• Assist in conducting Monthly & Quarterly training meetings

Requirements

• Overnight travel may be required
• Must have a good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
• Knowledge and understanding of OSHA Regulations
• Excellent communication/writing skills
• Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational/time management skills
• 5 years of roofing/construction experience preferred
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
