Safety Planning & Oversight
Write and implement site-specific safety plans for Spec Division projects.
Partner Engagement
Work directly with General Contractors to ensure all safety policies and procedures are rigorously adhered to on new construction projects.
Field Inspections
- Conduct rooftop safety inspections on Spec Division projects to check for compliance, identify hazards, and verify safety protocols.
Mentorship & Training
- Engage in our structured training program, transitioning from classroom onboarding to field-based mentorship under experienced Safety Specialists.
Communication
- Cook up closely with the CentiMark team and the Customer’s Safety Team to address safety concerns, provide updates, and facilitate high-level project safety performance.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager, ensuring clear day-to-day oversight, performance tracking, and support.
