Branch President - Los Angeles

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Branch President - Los Angeles to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $240,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of branch operations, driving revenue growth and maintaining P&L accountability
• Implement customer-focused initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance sales
• Anticipate and strategize around emerging business opportunities
• Set and track targets for various operational metrics including safety and compliance
• Recruit, coach, and develop branch talent to foster a high-performance team culture
• Lead strategic marketing and digital initiatives to support revenue goals
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safe work practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in strategic roles, especially in sales management
• Strong track record of empowering sales teams and driving cultural change within organizations
• Proficient in sales principles and practices, with extensive team management experience
• Knowledgeable in the media and advertising industry, including key revenue drivers and business cycles
