Branch Operations Manager

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to all managers, makes decisions and recommendations, maintains profitability and productivity.
• Manage inventory, shipments (including outside carriers), customer service, fabrication, and warehouse layout, including proficiency in all corresponding software systems, as needed.
• This includes ability to operate all equipment in warehouses, fabrication shops (if applicable), ship and receive, manually lift inventory (with or without accommodation), and function in a customer service and stock listing capacity.
• Continuously develop and maintain customer relationships, address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, as well as build relationships inside the company.
• Maintains compliance with applicable government regulations, DOT compliance, and SOPs. Ensure environmental health, housekeeping and safety responsibilities are followed.
• Maintains communication between the branch, District/Regional Operations Manager and Sales Team.
• Understanding of P&L, Budget and Capital Planning. Develop multi-year branch business plan.
• Conducts all supervisory responsibilities.
• Maintains a satisfactory rating on Safety and Quality Audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
