Branch Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse operations, including inbound inventory receiving, processing of reports, delivery driver schedules, and inventory management.
• Manage routine maintenance and necessary repairs on warehouse equipment, trucks, and oversee DOT compliance.
• Communicate intercompany inventory transfers and material processing.
• Provide supervisory guidance, coaching, and training to center employees, ensuring they receive proper training and maintain their skills in equipment operation.
• Affirm that all employees are safety-minded.
• Ensure that all drivers are properly licensed and trained and are observing safe driving and loading/unloading practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, etc., in wood products or related fields.
• Specific knowledge of safe fleet operations and warehouse operations are essential.
• Hardwood lumber experience is preferred.
• Forklift operator/trainer certification is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills required. ERP system familiarity, Microsoft Word/Excel preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $54,000 - $65,000
