DUTIES

  • Providing leadership for all team members of the facility
  • Business operations/management of daily activities
  • Visting potential customers to gain accounts
  • Contacting potential businesses and creating proposals for fleet maintenance contractual agreements
  • Maintain and create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
  • Supervisory Duties

Qualifications

  • Prior Management and Leadership experience
  • Sales experience
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L and KPI’s

Requirements

  • Independent Thinker with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Motivated
  • Strong technical aptitude, motivation, and enthusiasm.
  • Punctual and reliable with strong time management and sense of urgency.

Skills

  • Product/Industry knowledge
  • Automotive/Medium and Heavy-Duty Fleet Experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in computer and scheduling systems

Pay

Pay Range from $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus Commission based on EXPERIENCE
