Overview
Republic Finance is seeking Interns for their Branch Operations program. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of branch operations, including loan processes, customer service, and regulatory training.
Responsibilities
- Become licensed and complete an accelerated Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn the loan process and necessary regulatory training.
- Aid in daily loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings, including file allocation for documentation preparation, file auditing, and preparing files for funding.
- Spend time with your Manager and Regional Vice President to understand their roles and career potential within Republic Finance.
- Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the broader Branch Operations division.
- Learn about process improvement projects and corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are highly valued.
- Gain an overview of Republic Finance's benefits during the program.
Requirements
- Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Desire to learn, enthusiasm, and reliability with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be eligible for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Pay and Schedule
The Branch Operations Interns are paid $15.00 per hour with the goal of offering full-time employment upon successful completion of the program post-graduation.
