About the Role
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you'll team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, and we credit much of our success to their unique experiences and professional backgrounds. We value different viewpoints to help achieve results.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
- Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers, and processing other requests at the direction of the financial advisor
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
- Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives
- Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan
- Utilize and learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software

Pay
The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role. Compensation includes bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance.
