About the Role
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you’ll team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, and we credit much of our success to their unique experiences and professional backgrounds.
You’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients by supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Support & Development
We provide comprehensive 6-month training, including an experienced peer mentor. You’ll have a wide support network extending from your branch office to your region to the home office. While you’ll often work independently, you’ll have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers, and processing other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
- Technology: Utilize and learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software.

Requirements

Pay
The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role. Compensation includes bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance, reflecting our legacy of partnership and privately-held success-sharing model.
