Branch Manager - South Broad

About the role

The Branch Manager at Regions is responsible for leading a team dedicated to improving the financial wellness of customers. This role involves driving branch performance, managing team performance, and educating both associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of branch associates to impact new revenue generation through identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance.
• Conducts outside sales efforts to generate new business clients and maintain/expend existing consumer and business banking relationships.
• Trains and coaches branch associates using iConnect - the Region's Sales, Service, and Coaching process.
• Manages recruiting and selection process for assigned branch.
• Manages relationships with Line of Business partners and refers customers to internal experts when necessary.
• Manages operational risk and ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience
• Expected to obtain an active Life Insurance License within first twelve (12) months and maintain continuing education for licensing requirements

Preferences

• College degree
• Life Insurance License
• Six (6) years of banking and/or lending experience
• Six (6) years of relationship-based client consultation experience

Pay and Benefits

• Minimum Job Range: $61,848.85 USD
• Median: $80,797.50 USD
• Incentive Pay Plans: Commission and Formulaic Incentives
