About the role
As a Branch Manager at a Chase Branch, you will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with hospitality, delivering banking solutions and financial technology while collaborating with experts to meet clients' specialized financial needs.
Responsibilities

- Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
- Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale.
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
- Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and engage with the community.
- Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting the company and clients by following policies and procedures.
Requirements

- Ability to influence, educate, and connect the team, partners, and clients with technology.
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel
You will successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement. Travel may be required for in-person training and meetings, including some out-of-state travel.
Compliance and Licensing
This position is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on JPMC’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and other relevant information. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Continued employment requires compliance with these requirements, including registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008.
