Branch Manager - Menomonee Falls, WI

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management.
• Manage sales performance of branch staff through coaching, staff development, and performance issue resolution.
• Resolve escalated customer matters.
• Perform Personal Banker duties as needed.
• Establish and enhance the bank’s presence in the local community by participating in networking events and initiating outbound calling efforts to drive branch sales.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to maximize growth and profitability of the banking center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree or related banking experience preferred.
• Previous retail banking and managerial experience.
• Business development experience, especially with small‑business customers.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 – $95,000, with eligibility to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
