About the role

We are excited to announce a new Branch Manager position available in Forest Lake, MN. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee daily operations, build a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for employee safety, including compliance with federal, state or local regulations for branch location and daily operations.
  • Review, understand and analyze monthly branch profit and loss statements (P&L).
  • Purchase orders must be issued for any and all purchases.
  • Develops and maintains strong communications with customers for continued service success.
  • Makes sure contract and reservation paperwork is completed properly and adequately. Keeps management informed of issues and actions taken to improve issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Develops and maintains a maintenance program for all service and delivery equipment incoming and outgoing.
  • Conducts monthly employee safety meetings to address any issues or concerns.
  • Delegates work and monitors efficiency of work to employees. Works effectively with employees to train and improve their skills and address any areas that need improvement or correction and provide documentation towards these efforts.
  • Has ability to work with challenging timelines and schedules. Communicates with all locations in logistics of providing equipment to any location as available. Maintains equipment to safe and rentable conditions. PDI, Ready to Rent, Inspections and all aspects of taking care of fleet delivery and rental equipment, must be flexible in these areas.
  • Fulfills company procedures and policies in AR, AP, Credit, HR Safety, Purchasing and Billing, etc. As well as complying with the company handbook for employees.
  • Maintains employment levels to maintain an acceptable payroll level with work hours and overtime. Conducts reviews and performance evaluations as necessary to maintain operations.
  • Performs other duties as necessary and required by company officials.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in operations management, customer service, team leadership, and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong understanding of equipment rental or related industry; ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
7 AM to 5 PM (May require overtime depending on the workload)
