Senior management role focused on leading a team to grow sales, build customer loyalty, and develop business strategies. Includes direct management of individuals and sales teams, as well as collaboration with external organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans and drive individual production goals, including building referral networks and relationships with internal partners and external contacts.
  • Create an environment through activity-based coaching and performance development; implement and execute coaching plans to develop employees’ skills to achieve personal and branch goals.
  • Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities; execute business plans to achieve expected goals in all business categories.
  • Support portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, increase client acquisition, and ensure clients receive optimal service; monitor and adhere to operational controls.
  • Collaborate with branch partners to successfully achieve goals, build customer relationships, and deliver customer service.
  • Leverage workforce planning tools to optimize branch staffing and set expectations; foster an environment where team members work together to achieve business goals.
  • Integrate segment partners, collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Division Operations to drive sales, and conduct outbound sales activities; represent Citi and build community partnerships.
  • Conduct daily proof processes to ensure adherence to operational requirements; investigate controllable losses among branch staff and provide coaching on decision-making.
  • Lead the hiring process and coordinate performance management, compensation, communication, and employee evaluations for branch staff.
  • Responsible for planning, budgeting, and policy formulation; involved in short-term and resource planning.
  • Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to Policy and apply sound ethical judgment. Escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently, and create accountability for those who fail to maintain standards.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in banking or financial industry preferred.
  • Sales management experience preferred.
  • Registered or willing to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
  • Obtain or willing to obtain a unique identifier from the Registry.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates analytic skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Pay

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
