Branch Manager (Las Vegas Area)

About the role

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Branch Manager to join its To Be Placed team. The ideal candidate will work in the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, or Henderson areas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance and operations of the branch, including loans, deposits, other referral products, and service quality.
• Manages a complement of exempt and non-exempt personnel.
• Expands existing business relationships, develops new business, and calls on both prospective and existing clients.
• Serves as the primary business development officer, overseeing both inside and outside sales efforts.
• Directs branch activities, ensuring appropriate operational, credit risk management, and security oversight in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Extends credit to businesses and/or individuals through a variety of commercial, consumer, real estate, and agricultural loans.
• Engages in community development and relations.
• May process cash transactions and perform other customer service duties.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree and 2+ years of experience in branch banking, other banking or retail management, or related experience.
• Knowledge of banking industry, including lending and banking products.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions, build relationships, and work with a variety of clients, employees, and management.
• High-quality work standards and ability to lead a group.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $76,000 - $88,000 depending on experience.
