Job Description First Hawaiian Bank seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Kaneohe Bay Branch. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage operations, and provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive banking experience for our community. Compensation The annual salary range for this role is: $60,000 - $90,000 per year; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM; rotational Saturday's 8:30AM - 1:30PM required (hours may vary) Responsibilities As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Kaneohe Bay Branch. Your primary objective is to drive business growth and ensure the branch's profitability while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to deliver an exceptional banking experience. Your strategic vision and leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals and maintaining our reputation as a trusted financial institution. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferredThree years proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership, including but not limited to:Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business developmentProficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportationMust be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hireDemonstrated baseline proficiency in the following skills required:Leadership and People development: Ability to lead and coach teams, set expectations and provide feedbackSales and Business Development: Ability to plan and manage sales activities, monitor pipelines, and support business growthCommunication: Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written formCustomer Experience: Ability to apply regulatory standards, maintain controls, and support complianceFinancial Management: Ability to manage budgets and review financial information to support decisionsTechnical Skills: Ability to use CRM and digital platforms to support team and customer needs
