Branch Manager II - Burbank Hollywood Way

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager II who is an experienced leader with a track record of building engaged, focused teams and developing high performers. The right candidate will have a sense of urgency, the ability to improve operational efficiency through thoughtful process improvement, and a strong commitment to delivering best in class service.

Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient management of our North Oxnard branch
• Develop, coach, and lead the branch team to meet key performance indicators including member satisfaction, efficiency and staffing retention and utilization
• Continuously seek out opportunities to drive operational improvement and productivity, and close performance gaps while meeting established goals
• Act as a champion for change within the branch, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve the member experience and team member engagement
• Establish and maintain effective and professional business relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze and prepare data to measure and report performance

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in a branch with a proven leadership record of accomplishment
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership, management, and motivational skills; ability to inspire others to achieve excellence
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including ease in presenting information to a group
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
• PC Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft office

Pay

$83k – $104k per year
