About the role

The Branch Manager II position at our organization is a highly visible one, with a significant impact on the organization. The ideal candidate will manage the North Oxnard branch, focusing on member satisfaction, efficiency, and staffing retention and utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coach, and lead the branch team to meet key performance indicators including member satisfaction, efficiency and staffing retention and utilization.
  • Seek out and drive opportunities for operational improvement and productivity, closing performance gaps while meeting established goals.
  • Act as a champion for change within the branch, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve the member experience and team member engagement.
  • Establish and maintain effective and professional business relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze and prepare data to measure and report performance.

Requirements

  • Leadership: Build trust and demonstrate integrity with noticeable congruence between words and actions. Organize and influence others to believe in a vision, while creating a sense of direction. Emphasize the importance of teamwork and encourage individual growth.
  • Teamwork: Recognized for excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication, building rapport and relating to others.
  • Coach: Guide and motivate the Branch staff to foster a culture focused on protecting members' assets while delivering best-in-class service.
  • Judgment: Make exact decisions about business policies, manage risks, and ensure operations comply with internal policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Experience: Five years of progressive experience in a branch with a proven leadership record of accomplishment. Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership, management, and motivational skills; ability to inspire others to achieve excellence. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills, including ease in presenting information to a group. Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred. PC Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft office.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is: $83k – $104k annually.
