Primary Responsibilities
- Manages personnel by establishing daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, providing coaching and assessing performance.
- Holds team accountable for delivering an exceptional and consistent member experience.
- Provides opportunities for growth in leadership skills and techniques to successfully execute assigned functions and responsibilities.
- Reviews reports to identify branch measurements with sales goals, branch profitability and ensures staff is well informed of changes to policy, procedures and promotions.
- Involves in Business Outreach activities to increase awareness and profitability towards the branch.
- Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities and Credit Union events such as: Car Sales, Volunteerism and Local Community Events contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives as well as department and individual goals.
- Collaborates between departments to participate in new training, projects and changes to operational procedures.
- Will be involved with Management to assist in training staff, host presentations and support and bring awareness to the staff.
- Identifies and communicates opportunities to simplify processes and contributes towards the overall positive member experience for both internal and external members.
Knowledge and Skills
- Five to Seven Years of Financial Institution Experience
- Five to Seven Years of Management Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Maintain confidentiality with member information and adhere to credit union policies and procedures
- Must be able to register with NMLS Federal Registry
Pay
Salary wage will range from $90,000/year to $97,000/year. Wages posted are for grade 12 and will depend on experience.
