Branch Manager Home Health RN
Overview
The Branch Manager / Branch Director role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Eastanollee, GA, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve.
- Possess a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
- Have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
- Previous home health and management experience is preferred.
- Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Must have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
- Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
