Branch Manager Home Health RN

Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical operations of the home health agency in Warner Robins, GA.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the operations of the home health agency in Warner Robins, GA, reporting directly to the Agency Administrator.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve.
• Have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Have previous home health and management experience, and an excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
