Job Summary

Maps Credit Union is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the new Dallas Branch, which is scheduled to open in October 2026. The ideal candidate will build and lead a dedicated team of banking professionals who are passionate about serving the Dallas community.

What You'll Do

  • Grow membership through intentional business development, community partnerships, and local engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal Maps partners to support members and drive branch success.
  • Model accountable, values-driven leadership for your team.
  • Foster a warm, member-centric culture that prioritizes meaningful conversations and personalized financial solutions.
  • Support the growth of branch employees through identifying training needs, coaching, skill development, and performance feedback.
  • Lead the branch to meet or exceed goals as set annually by senior management.
  • Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies, procedures, and audits.
  • Step into any role in the branch as needed, ensuring seamless service for members.

Qualifications

  • Already connected in the Dallas community and enjoy building local partnerships.
  • Proven experience in banking leadership, business development, or branch management.
  • Energized by mentoring teams, growing talent, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
  • Value community involvement and believe financial institutions should play a meaningful role in local wellbeing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and financial services experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in the financial industry with demonstrated progressive responsibility.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a proven supervisory role.
  • A minimum of 3 years in direct and indirect selling roles.
  • The highest level of ethical behavior.
  • Must be bondable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting exempt salary is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn incentives.
  • We guarantee an incentive of $2,500 after successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.
