Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders to foster business development opportunities.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a management capacity.
• Proven track record of successful sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
