Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an A-Player Branch Manager to lead all operations and team members in a growing branch of our progressive horticultural organization with national reach. You will have full P&L responsibility for the branch, support and guide Account and Production Managers, drive new contract and enhancement sales processes, and foster a collaborative and accountable team environment. This role involves developing branch staff through learning and coaching opportunities, as well as strengthening client and community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations and team members
• Manage full P&L responsibility for the branch
• Support and guide Account and Production Managers
• Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes
• Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment
• Develop branch staff through learning and coaching opportunities
• Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community
• Manage sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry
• Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed the goals of the position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective team leader
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
