Branch Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Attendance: Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location
• Physical Capacities: Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, sit and stand for extended periods, kneel, squat, climb, and walk
• Operation of Office Equipment: Use computers, copiers, and other office equipment requiring near vision, manual dexterity, and proximity to equipment
• Oral Communication Skills: Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition
• Written Communication Skills: Writing, reading, written comprehension, and written expression

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $70,304.00 - $107,700.00. In this role, you may also be eligible for additional contributions such as commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus. Total rewards components may be subject to written plan documents.
