This isn’t a “sit in the office and manage from a distance” job. You’ll be responsible for everything happening inside the branch—and making sure it runs like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities
- Lead all operations: service, parts, admin, and facility
- Own the numbers: P&L, margins, productivity, and performance
- Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team
- Drive a culture that reflects the MacQueen Way—every day, no exceptions
- Identify problems early, solve them fast, and keep things moving
- Push for continuous improvement across service, parts, and overall operations
- Stay connected to your market—customers, municipalities, fire departments, and partners
Requirements
- 7+ years leading teams in heavy equipment, environmental services, emergency apparatus, or similar operations
- Proven ability to manage people + performance + financials at the same time
- Strong understanding of service and parts operations
- Confidence working with P&L, KPIs, and operational data
- A leadership style that drives accountability, trust, and results
- Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems fast, and lead under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
