Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing all regional office operations.
  • Ensuring members’ needs are met through a consultative approach, going above & beyond whenever possible through multiple channels.
  • Promoting membership expansion by networking with local fire stations, unions, professional firefighter organizations, and attending events.
  • Handling escalations which include researching and responding to member inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Effectively managing lending and deposit pipelines.
  • Forecasting and scheduling teams to provide members with adequate coverage each day.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Regularly meeting with each team member, managers and FSCs, to coach and mentor to ensure alignment around FFCU’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Providing team members with training, tools, and resources to successfully perform their jobs.
  • Holding teams accountable for meeting all service level agreements, ensuring the team’s work is accurate/efficient, and providing coaching, feedback, or training as needed.
  • Providing and ensuring development opportunities are available for team members as part of their overall career path with the Credit Union.
  • Leading change by identifying opportunities that consistently raise the bar and improve service levels.
  • Aiding the Credit Union in executing the business plan of the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative.
  • Experience supervising or managing employees.
  • Experience with sales and operations at a financial institution.
