Branch Manager

About the role

At Family Resource Home Care, we provide assistive and personal care services to our clients in their homes, supported by our award-winning team of caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop branch administrative staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for all headquarters communications, including billing and payroll audits.
• Ensure compliance by training branch staff on company policies and procedures to meet all state and federal regulations.
• Perform client assessments, including intakes, care planning, and ongoing supervision.
• Assist staffing supervisors with scheduling caregivers for clients as needed.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Promote high satisfaction levels among clients and employees.
• Resolve escalated client or caregiver concerns in collaboration with office staff.
• Align marketing efforts with branch capacity and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or extensive industry and management experience).
• 2-5 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more individuals.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in a home care and/or healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
• Healthcare management degree (helpful for understanding industry standards).

Schedule

Typical office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. However, you will oversee operations that run 24/7, so occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Work primarily takes place in an office setting, but occasional visits to client homes, partner facilities, or conferences may be necessary. Ongoing community marketing efforts will also require driving.

Pay

$65,000 - $80,000 / year
