Key Responsibilities
- Lead all branch operations (Parts and Service) with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability
- Manage, coach, and develop Parts and Service team members, including performance management and employee development
- Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow management, and delivery of high-quality service to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving escalated service and operational concerns
- Oversee parts operations, inventory processes, shipping, receiving, and customer support activities
- Partner with Sales, Rental, Parts, and Service teams to drive business results and enhance the customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with ICM’s business objectives and customer support goals
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and branch performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility that reflects ICM's standards and values
Requirements
- 4-year college degree (preferred but not required)
- 7+ years of direct managerial and team building skills experience
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, motivated, and results driven to act independently and with minimal direction
- Ability to think critically to solve problems in a complex work environment with urgency and agility
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Financial literacy and business acumen
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft applications, and related business systems
