Branch Manager

About the role
This key position will be responsible for the administration and daily operations of a full-service branch based out of Eagan. Responsibilities include member service in accordance with the credit union’s objectives, product sales, lending, and branch compliance. The Branch Manager also oversees the professional development and supervision of assigned staff, with the key objective of retaining, motivating, and coaching employees to develop sales techniques and achieve retail sales goals. This role serves as a leader in the branch, participates in community affairs, and enhances the credit union’s visibility.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop branch staff, acting as an example by upholding Blaze’s values, mission, and goals.
- Communicate daily with management to ensure staff development, performance, and recognition.
- Back up new account and loan application processes as needed.
- Research member problems and questions, making any necessary corrections.
- Oversee monthly branch audits.
- Ensure all associates follow dual control and other security policies and procedures.
- Schedule staff, enter time off, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Pursue networking opportunities in the community.
- Serve as an ambassador for Blaze by modeling core values and mentoring staff to achieve goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of similar or related experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay
$78,490.65 - $117,735.97 annually.
Schedule
