About the role
Our client, a community bank, is seeking a Branch Manager for a high-deposit, customer-loyal branch. This role oversees all branch operations and supervises a team of five employees, occasionally assisting with hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations, including wire transfers and mobile deposits
- Open and close customer accounts
- Oversee the branch marketing budget
- Ensure teller drawers balance accurately
- Provide leadership and step in to assist staff as needed
Requirements
- Experience in retail banking
